Security

At Friar's Grove Primary School, we take the security of our children, staff and grounds very seriously.

 

To help us recognise suspicious activity and adopt security savvy behaviours in our work and personal life we are taking advice from a number of specialists and have updated our school procedures accordingly.  This advice is based on a review of staff security, which included an exercise from a specialist external supplier who studied the security behaviours of our staff.

 

We have a Security Policy with clear procedures for staff to take in the event of a risk to security. This Security procedure is not shared on this website but includes procedures for a number of risks. We will always ask for support and follow advice from outside agencies including police when necessary.
