Online Safety

Online Safety

Many children spend an increasing amount of their time online. As Parents and Carers, it is a challenge to keep up with advice around children’s online safety and to handle issues sensitively and confidently when they do arise. Please take a look at the links below, which give advice on keeping children safe online.

Chris Purvis, a member of our Senior Leadership Team, oversees online safety in school. He gives regular messages to the children in assemblies and monitors the curriculum for computing in school.

If you need advice about children’s online safety, or want to let us know about an issue to do with online safety, such as inappropriate online communications, including bullying and grooming, please talk to your child’s teacher or directly to Mr Purvis at the school.
