Behaviour and Anti-Bullying
Our behaviour approach centres around positive relationships. We believe that building these positive relationships with children facilitates open and honest conversations when poor choices have been made, allowing children to reflect on their behaviour and its effect, repair - apologise, tidy an area or repair an object, for example - and then restore positive relationships going forward. We use sanctions to ensure that children understand when their behaviour is not acceptable.
We do not tolerate bullying and take action to address any reports of bullying in our school.
